An adjustable finger strap offers a perfect fit and the narrow surface area helps prevent shoulder strain. Junior size Freestyler paddles are appropriate for smaller women, most teens and younger children. It measures 8.5” from tip to end of fin. The senior size measures 11” from tip to end of fin and is appropriate for larger teens and most men.
