Please ensure that you have completed a CN22 Customs declarations form and that this has been clearly marked as being Returned Goods. Please mark the return parcel on the outside clearly as returned goods. Failure to do this could result in Customs charges being applied to the parcel on its return. I regret we cannot accept parcels with customs duties and charges payable — these will be returned to sender.
Non-Faulty Goods
Please return items with the original packaging if possible and to keep hygiene seals on suits, please also include a copy of the invoice received clearly stating on this that you would like a refund for the return.
Please note that we will not accept non-faulty items back that have been worn or without their relevant packaging, labels or stickers.

Faulty Goods

How to Measure
To find your correct Speedo Fastskin LZR Pure Valor 2 Kneesuit size, use a soft measuring tape and take all measurements directly against your skin. If you fall between two sizes, size down for maximum competition compression, or size up for easier donning. The Body Loop measurement is particularly important for kneesuits — if you are on the larger end of your size, consider sizing up to avoid strap pull.

- The Speedo Fastskin LZR Pure Valor 2 Kneesuit is a competition racing suit designed to fit significantly tighter than a training or leisure swimsuit. A snug, compressive fit is correct and intentional.
- The hips are the tightest bottleneck: the hips are the widest and hardest part of the body to pull a highly compressive tech suit over. If the hip size is too small, you risk tearing the expensive fabric or breaking the bonded seams while pulling it up.
- Compression without restriction: the Speedo Fastskin LZR Pure Valor is engineered with lightweight fabric and moderate compression to support muscle groups and streamline your profile. Sizing primarily by the hips ensures the compression panels on the thighs and glutes lock into place correctly without restricting your kick.
- Core alignment: the internal seams and hip joints of the kneesuit must align perfectly with your greater trochanter (hip bone) to sit properly. If the hips don't align, the upper body and shoulder straps will pull down too hard, restricting shoulder mobility.
- Hips (most important): wrap the tape measure firmly around the fullest part of your hips and glutes, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
- The suit should be completely wrinkle-free when correctly fitted. Any bunching or excessive gathering indicates the suit is too large.
- The leg hems should end above the knee in line with WA regulations and feel snug but not restrict blood flow.
