Registering a new club

  1. Apply online

    Tell us about your club using our short form. It takes about two minutes and costs nothing.

  2. We review it

    We check every application, usually within 1 to 2 business days.

  3. Get your Club ID

    Successful clubs receive a welcome email with a unique Club ID to share with members.

Running a partner club

  1. Share your Club ID

    Send it to swimmers and parents through your usual club channels and ask them to save it in My Account.

  2. Members shop, your club earns

    Every order placed while logged in with your Club ID saved earns commission. No codes or links.

  3. Get paid quarterly

    Choose 5% by bank transfer or 10% as a gift voucher, paid in the second week after each quarter ends.

The old CLUB10 and CLUB20 codes no longer earn commission. Remind members to log in with your Club ID saved.

What is the Swim Club Partnership Programme?

A free programme for UK swimming clubs. Your members get 10% off full-price items automatically when logged in, and your club earns commission on every member order.

How long does approval take?

We review applications within 1 to 2 business days. Successful clubs receive a welcome email with their unique Club ID and next steps.

How do we know if we're already registered?

Search our Partner Clubs page. If your club is listed, check your inbox for our welcome email, or contact us and we'll help.

When and how is commission paid?

Quarterly, in the second week after each quarter ends. Choose 5% by bank transfer (the default) or 10% as a gift voucher. Contact us to switch method.

Do the old CLUB10 and CLUB20 codes still work?

No. Orders placed with the old codes no longer earn commission. Members need to be logged in with your Club ID saved.

Can we donate our commission to charity?

Yes. Clubs can donate part or all of their commission to a supported charity. Just let us know your preference.

Can we order custom club kit?

Yes. Partner clubs can order custom silicone, latex or polyester caps and get access to custom teamwear offers. Contact us after joining for options.

We've lost our Club ID. What now?

Contact us and we'll confirm it for your club manager.

How do I get the discount?

Log in, go to My Account, then Swim Club Settings, and enter your Club ID. Member Prices then show automatically whenever you're logged in.

Where do I find my Club ID?

Ask your coach or club manager. Club IDs are not shared publicly for security reasons.

Does the discount work on sale items?

No. The 10% saving applies to full-price items. Sale items stay at their sale price.

Is anything excluded?

Member savings and offers do not apply to gift cards, the Race Suit Repair Service or custom products.

I forgot to add my Club ID when I signed up.

No problem. Add it any time in My Account. Until you do, Member Prices won't show and your club won't earn commission.

Can I join the rewards scheme as well?

Yes. Every swim club member can join AK Loyalty & Rewards. You earn 2 AK points for every £1 you spend, and when you refer a swim buddy they get 200 AK points plus up to 20% off their first order, and you get £10 off. Find out more about rewards.

Is there a discount on my first order?

New customers can get up to 20% off their first order, depending on basket value. Sign up to our emails to get your welcome code, then apply it at checkout.

My club isn't listed. Can I still shop?

Of course. You'll still get seasonal deals, flash sales and new product news. Ask your club manager to register so everyone can start saving.
