All prices are listed in pounds sterling and effective from 1st January 2006 but are subject to alteration without prior notice. There is no additional discount on Special offers. ASA registered club enquiries welcome. Please telephone 01827 330600 for details.
All orders are charged in GBP and are exchanged to the customer's currency at the current market rates.
Orders are processed as soon as possible and are generally despatched within 1-2 working days for stock items (thats just about everything - we update the website on an hourly basis!). Any 1st class or special deliveries are despatched the same day (if ordered before 3PM) or if placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day.
Please note that a signiture is required for special deliveries!
POSTAGE & PACKING - UK
P & P is free of charge for all standard UK orders. Next working day delivery costs an additional £6, (order must be with us by 3PM the previous day). First class delivery costs an additional £2.00 will leave on the day of ordering if placed before 3pm and usually deliver in 1-2 working days. Saturday Guaranteed is £10.
POSTAGE & PACKING - EUROPE
Typically about €2.2, or €11 for special delivery (required for all expensive items over £60 in value such as bodysuits). Heavy items such as some bags carry a surcharge (This is indicated as appropriate on the website).

Please do not send cash through the post. Cheques must be supported by a cheque card number on the reverse - your order will be released upon clearance. All cheques payable to 'Allen's Swimwear'. You may wish to print out a copy of the order form to complete and send to Allens at: Allens of Kingsbury, 80 Bardon View Road, Dordon, Nr Tamworth, Staffordshire B78 1QB.
We accept all major credit/debit cards; Delta, Visa, Switch, Mastercard, Eurocard etc. You can call us Monday-Friday 9am-4pm and Saturday 9am-12noon on 01827 330600 (UK) or +44 1827 330600 (International). Have the details of your choice(s) and credit/debit card details ready when you order. PRIVACY We never pass on our customer details to third parties.
Please be aware that details sent to us via our e-mail address are not as secure as details submitted to us via the online orderform, which is sited on a secure server. However, if you wish to amend an order, simply send all the relevant details (minus the credit card details) to us at this address: email@example.com
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, then we will gladly refund your purchase. We do ask to please return items with the original packaging if possible and to leave hygiene seals on suits, please also include a copy of the invoice received clearly stating on this that you would like a refund for the return. If you would like to exchange an item for an alternative size, style or item please return the item to us along with a copy of your invoice, please note on the invoice what item is required as an alternative. In the case of faulty goods, please detail nature of complaint, listing date of purchase and care given to product. In all cases of complaint we will endeavour to substitute faulty goods with an identical replacement, or substitute the goods with ones of similar value. This does not affect your statutory rights, and you may of course choose to have a complete refund if you are not 100% happy. Return costs are to be paid by the customer unless otherwise agreed prior to an item being returned. We advise that customers keep either proof of posting or a receipt as we cannot be held accountable for items lost being returned to us. Copies of this policy are available in PDF or hard format on request. Over the festive period we offer an extended returns period. Orders placed after 15th November and up until December 31st can be returned until the end of January the following year. Please note that this returns policy does not cover items such as made-to-order swimwear, customised products and products ordered specifically at the request of a customer. Products such as these cannot be returned (unless faulty).
