1. Promoter: Allens of Kingsbury (Swimming) Limited, trading as Allens Swimwear (company no. 05320714), 80 Bardon View Road, Dordon, Tamworth, Staffordshire, B78 1QB.

2. Eligibility: Open to UK residents aged 18+, excluding employees of the Promoter, its agencies, and anyone professionally connected with this promotion.

3. Promotion period: Qualifying orders must be placed on allensswimwear.co.uk between 10:30 (BST) on Friday 17 July 2026 and 21:59 (BST) on Saturday 18 July 2026 (kick-off of the England match). Orders placed outside this window do not qualify.

4. Qualifying order: An order with a value over £60 after all discounts are applied, excluding delivery charges and gift card purchases. Purchase is necessary to participate.

5. Reward: For each qualifying order, the customer will receive one £5 gift card per goal scored by the England men's team in its match on Saturday 18 July 2026. Goals scored in normal time and extra time count, including penalties scored during normal or extra time and own goals credited to England in the official match record. Goals scored in a penalty shootout do not count. The official FIFA match record is final. Example: if England score three goals during the match (normal time and extra time combined), each qualifying customer receives three £5 gift cards (£15 in total). Goals in a penalty shootout are not included - for instance, if the match ends 1–1 and England win the shootout, only the one goal scored during the match counts.

6. If England score no goals, no gift cards are issued. There is no maximum number of gift cards per qualifying order. If the match is postponed or abandoned, gift cards will be calculated on the completed fixture as recorded by FIFA; if the fixture is not completed within 28 days, no gift cards will be issued.

7. Gift card issue: Gift cards will be emailed to the address used at checkout within 14 days of the end of the 28-day returns period. Gift cards will not be issued where the order is cancelled or returned in full, or where returns reduce the retained order value to £60 or below.

8. Gift card terms: Each gift card is worth £5 off a future order at allensswimwear.co.uk. Gift cards do not expire. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, are non-transferable, and cannot be used against delivery charges, gift card purchases, the Race Suit Repair Service, or custom products. No minimum spend applies when redeeming a gift card.

9. One set of gift cards per customer: Gift cards are awarded in respect of one qualifying order per customer only. Placing multiple qualifying orders during the promotion period will not earn additional gift cards. For these purposes, a customer is identified by email address, postal address, and/or payment details, and the Promoter reserves the right to use automated and manual checks to identify multiple orders placed by the same customer. The Promoter's decision in this regard is final.

10. Fraud and abuse: The Promoter reserves the right to withhold or cancel gift cards where it reasonably believes there has been fraud, abuse, or a breach of these terms, including attempts to circumvent the one-set-per-customer limit in clause 9.

11. Data protection: Personal data will be used solely to administer this promotion, in line with our Privacy Policy, and retained no longer than necessary for that purpose. Participation does not constitute consent to marketing communications; customers will only receive marketing where they have separately opted in (UK GDPR/PECR).

12. The Promoter is not liable for gift cards not received due to an invalid email address provided at checkout. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, and statutory rights (including return and refund rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015) are unaffected.

13. The Promoter may amend or withdraw the promotion only where circumstances arise that make this necessary, including technical failure, fraud, or other circumstances outside its reasonable control, and will always seek to avoid consumer disappointment in line with the CAP Code.

14. The Promoter's decision on all matters relating to this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

15. By placing a qualifying order during the promotion period, participants agree to these terms. Governed by the laws of England and Wales.
