Please ensure that you have completed a CN22 Customs declarations form and that this has been clearly marked as being Returned Goods. Please mark the return parcel on the outside clearly as returned goods. Failure to do this could result in Customs charges being applied to the parcel on its return. I regret we cannot accept parcels with customs duties and charges payable — these will be returned to sender.

Non-Faulty Goods

Please return items with the original packaging if possible and to keep hygiene seals on suits, please also include a copy of the invoice received clearly stating on this that you would like a refund for the return.

Please note that we will not accept non-faulty items back that have been worn or without their relevant packaging, labels or stickers.

If you would like to exchange an item for an alternative size, style or item please follow the link to us along with a copy of your invoice, please note on the invoice what item is required as an alternative.

Faulty Goods

In the case of faulty goods, please contact us and provide details of the nature of complaint along with photos and the date of purchase and the care given to product.

  • Made from 3mm neoprene, the socks will feel firm when first putting them on. A snug fit is normal and necessary for the sock to retain warmth effectively in cold water.

Yes. The TWF 3mm neoprene socks are designed for open water use, providing thermal insulation to keep feet warmer in cold water. They can be worn with or without a wetsuit and are suitable for sea, river, and lake swimming as well as general beach and watersports use.

Roll the sock down before putting it on, then work it gradually up over the foot rather than pulling from the top. Wetting your foot or the inside of the sock slightly can help ease it on. Ensure the sock is fully seated with no folded neoprene before use. Take care with fingernails as neoprene can tear if snagged.

Yes. The socks can be worn underneath a wetsuit leg to provide additional thermal insulation at the feet and to reduce water flushing at the ankle. Ensure the wetsuit leg sits over the top of the sock for the best seal.

Rinse thoroughly in fresh water after every use to remove salt, sand, and chlorine. Turn inside out to rinse the interior as well. Allow to dry naturally away from direct sunlight and heat. Do not tumble dry, iron, or store compressed when wet.
