Please ensure that you have completed a CN22 Customs declarations form and that this has been clearly marked as being Returned Goods. Please mark the return parcel on the outside clearly as returned goods. Failure to do this could result in Customs charges being applied to the parcel on its return. I regret we cannot accept parcels with customs duties and charges payable — these will be returned to sender.

Non-Faulty Goods

Please return items with the original packaging if possible and to keep hygiene seals on suits, please also include a copy of the invoice received clearly stating on this that you would like a refund for the return.

Please note that we will not accept non-faulty items back that have been worn or without their relevant packaging, labels or stickers.

Faulty Goods

In the case of faulty goods, please contact us and provide details of the nature of complaint along with photos and the date of purchase and the care given to product.

How to Measure

Use a soft tape measure and take both measurements on your dominant hand.

Fit Notes — Nike Gloves

Always size using hand circumference as the primary measurement, with middle finger length as a secondary check. Where the two measurements suggest different sizes, hand circumference takes priority.
If between sizes, size up for a more comfortable fit with easier finger movement, or size down for a snugger, more compressive feel.
The Men’s and Women’s Running Gloves use gender-specific sizing — women’s gloves are proportioned for narrower hands. If you are a woman with larger hands, check both the women’s L and men’s S before deciding.
The Unisex Running Gloves use hand circumference only and are sized in combined ranges (XS/S, S/M etc.). Select the range that includes your hand circumference.
The Therma-FIT GORE-TEX Gloves extend down to XXS for smaller hands and up to XL for larger hands. The GORE-TEX construction adds some bulk — if you are between sizes on this range, the larger size is generally recommended for ease of movement.
