Please ensure that you have completed a CN22 Customs declarations form and that this has been clearly marked as being Returned Goods. Please mark the return parcel on the outside clearly as returned goods. Failure to do this could result in Customs charges being applied to the parcel on its return. I regret we cannot accept parcels with customs duties and charges payable — these will be returned to sender.
Non-Faulty Goods
Please return items with the original packaging if possible and to keep hygiene seals on suits, please also include a copy of the invoice received clearly stating on this that you would like a refund for the return.
Please note that we will not accept non-faulty items back that have been worn or without their relevant packaging, labels or stickers.
If you would like to exchange an item for an alternative size, style or item please follow the link to us along with a copy of your invoice, please note on the invoice what item is required as an alternative.
Faulty Goods
In the case of faulty goods, please contact us and provide details of the nature of complaint along with photos and the date of purchase and the care given to product.
In all cases of complaint we will endeavour to substitute faulty goods with an identical replacement, or substitute the goods with ones of similar value. This does not affect your statutory rights, and you may of course choose to have a complete refund if you are not 100% happy.

This size guide covers the Arena Powerskin Primo Men’s Jammer — Arena’s first tensoelastic tech suit. Engineered from Hyperforce fabric with flow channelling, the Primo provides compression via the tension of elastic bands, ensuring both muscular support and flexibility for explosive swimming without restriction.
The taping at the back and on the inside leg helps keep the hips high in the water for an optimal swimming position. The improved fit of the bottom hems and new waist design — which can sit high or low — takes tech suit comfort to the next level. World Aquatics (FINA) approved. All measurements are body measurements taken directly from your body. Use your Hip (B) as the primary sizing guide.

- The Hyperforce tensoelastic fabric provides compression through elastic tension — the suit should feel powerful and energising while allowing full freedom of leg movement.
- The taping at the back and inside leg should lie flat and feel like it is actively keeping the hips high — if any taping feels twisted or uncomfortable, check your size against the table above.
- The new waist design can sit high or low to suit your preference — ensure it sits flat with no rolling regardless of the position chosen.
- The flow channelling on the exterior surface should remain smooth and undistorted — any wrinkling of the outer surface indicates an incorrect fit.
- The suit should be completely wrinkle-free when correctly fitted — any bunching or gathering indicates the suit is too large.
- The waistband should sit flat with no rolling or gaps. Leg hems should end above the knee in line with World Aquatics regulations.
- Allow 10–15 minutes to put on correctly for the first time. Take care with fingernails and jewellery to protect the fabric.
- Do not use sunscreen, oils, or petroleum-based products before putting on the suit as these degrade the fabric.

Arena racing jammers are competition suits and are not designed for regular training use. Using a tech suit for training will degrade the fabric and reduce its lifespan significantly. Reserve it for races and competition warm-ups. Arena offer a wide range of training jammers for everyday pool use.
