    Head Circumference Wrap a soft tape measure around the fullest part of your head, keeping the tape level and horizontal all the way around. This is the only measurement needed to find your size.

If your measurement falls at the 56 cm boundary between M and L, size up to L for a more comfortable fit or stay with M for a snugger, more secure feel.
