Nike Elbow Sleeve Size Guide

This size guide covers four Nike elbow and forearm sleeve ranges: Elbow Sleeves, Forearm Shivers, Contact Support Multi-Wear Sleeves and Contact Support Elbow Sleeves. All ranges are sized by elbow circumference — measure around the widest part of your elbow using a soft tape measure.

Each product range has its own size table below. Locate the range that matches your product and use the cm/inches toggle to switch units.

How to Measure
  • 1
Elbow Circumference Wrap a soft tape measure around the widest part of your elbow, keeping the tape snug but not compressing the skin. This is the only measurement needed across all four ranges.

If between sizes, size up for a more comfortable fit or size down for a more compressive feel.

Elbow Sleeves — Size Table
Measurement S/M L/XL
Elbow Circumference (cm) 23–28 28–36

Measure around the widest part of your elbow. If at the 28 cm / 11" boundary, size down for compression or up for comfort.

Forearm Shivers — Size Table
Measurement XS/S S/M L/XL XXL/XXXL
Elbow Circumference (cm) 21–24 24–27 27–31 31–34

Measure around the widest part of your elbow. If between sizes, size up for comfort.

Contact Support Multi-Wear Sleeves — Size Table

Fit Notes — Nike Elbow & Forearm Sleeves
  • All four ranges use elbow circumference as the sole sizing measurement — measure around the widest part of your elbow with a soft tape measure.
  • Each range has its own size table — sizes are not interchangeable between ranges. Always check the table for the specific product you are purchasing.
  • If between sizes, size up for a more comfortable fit or size down for a more compressive, supportive feel.
  • The Contact Support Multi-Wear Sleeves have wider circumference ranges per size than the other ranges, reflecting their multi-position wear design.
  • Sleeves should feel snug but not restrictive — they should not dig into the skin or impede circulation. If the sleeve leaves deep marks after wearing, try the next size up.

Frequently Asked Questions — Nike Elbow & Forearm Sleeves

Wrap a soft tape measure around the widest part of your elbow, keeping the tape snug against the skin without compressing it. Note the measurement in centimetres or inches and match it to the relevant size table for your product above.

Use the table that matches the specific Nike sleeve product you are purchasing. Each of the four ranges — Elbow Sleeves, Forearm Shivers, Contact Support Multi-Wear Sleeves, and Contact Support Elbow Sleeves — has its own size chart. Sizes are not interchangeable between ranges.

The Elbow Sleeves are a standard compression sleeve for the elbow joint. The Forearm Shivers extend further down the forearm for additional coverage and compression. The Contact Support Multi-Wear Sleeves are designed for multiple wearing positions and have wider size ranges to accommodate this. The Contact Support Elbow Sleeves are specifically engineered for elbow joint support during contact sports.

Size up for a more comfortable, less restrictive fit that is easier to wear for extended periods. Size down for a more compressive, supportive feel. For general use and recovery, sizing up is typically more comfortable. For sports performance support where compression is the goal, sizing down may be preferable.

The Contact Support Multi-Wear Sleeve is designed to be worn in multiple positions on the arm, not just over the elbow. The wider circumference ranges per size reflect this flexibility, allowing the sleeve to fit comfortably across different parts of the arm depending on where support is needed.

Machine wash on a gentle cycle at 30°C. Do not tumble dry — allow to air dry naturally. Do not iron or dry-clean. Following the care label on your specific product will help maintain the compression properties of the sleeve over time.
