Nike Arm Sleeve Size Guides

This size guide covers Nike Running Sleeves. Sizing is based on the circumference of your upper arm (measurement U). Two sizes are available — S/M and L/XL — covering a range from 23 cm to 36 cm.

How to Measure

Use a soft tape measure and take the measurement directly against the skin.

  • U
Upper Arm Circumference Measure around the fullest part of your upper arm, keeping the tape parallel to the floor and snug but not tight.

If you fall between sizes, size up for a more comfortable fit or size down for a more compressive fit.

Sizing Table — Nike Running Sleeves
Size Upper Arm Circumference (U)
S/M 23–28 cm
L/XL 28–36 cm

All measurements are body measurements, not garment measurements. If your measurement falls at 28 cm, size down to S/M for a more compressive fit or size up to L/XL for a more relaxed fit.

Fit Notes — Nike Running Sleeves
  • Sizing is based on upper arm circumference (measurement U) — use a soft tape measure around the fullest part of your upper arm and match to the size table above.
  • The sleeves are designed to fit snugly to stay in place during running. A slight compression feel when putting them on is normal and expected.
  • If your measurement is exactly 28 cm, you fall at the overlap between S/M and L/XL. Size down for a tighter, more compressive fit; size up for a looser, more comfortable fit.

Frequently Asked Questions — Nike Running Sleeves

Measure around the fullest part of your upper arm in centimetres and match to the size table above. S/M fits an upper arm circumference of 23–28 cm, and L/XL fits 28–36 cm. If your measurement is exactly 28 cm, size down for compression or up for comfort.

Yes. Running sleeves are designed with a snug, compressive fit to stay in place during activity and to provide the muscle support they are designed to deliver. Some resistance when pulling them on is expected. If the sleeve feels uncomfortably tight or restricts circulation, try the next size up.

Nike Running Sleeves are designed for running and general athletic use, not for swimming. They are not made from chlorine-resistant fabric and should not be used in the pool. For swim-specific arm coverage, speak to our team about alternatives.

Machine wash on a gentle cycle at 30°C. Do not tumble dry — allow to air dry naturally. Do not iron or dry-clean. Following the care label instructions will help the sleeves maintain their shape and compression properties over time.
