POWERSKIN CARBON DUO: EXCLUSIVELY FOR WOMEN
The female figure comes in many different shapes and sizes. For the swimmer aiming to optimise their performance, different upper and lower body proportions may mean that one woman needs different upper and lower body compression levels than another.
With one-piece suits, however, the permutations make it nearly impossible to cater for every body shape.
But all that's changed with arena's new Carbon Duo, the first high-end racing suit designed exclusively for women.
It's an advanced, patent pending two piece system that combines separate top and bottom pieces to deliver customisable compression for upper and lower body.
This means that women can now personalise by:
SIZE | COLOUR | COMPRESSION
The Carbon Duo system is comprised of two separate pieces: a top and a bottom.
Women can choose between different sizes and colours for both the top and the bottom, and create different combinations according to their preferences, or other factors.
With the Carbon Duo system, the swimmer no longer has to compromise on compression, comfort, or size - they can simply go up or down in size to personalise the fit and compression that best meets their needs.
EASY TO PUT ON
The Carbon Duo is also easier and faster to put on than a one-piece racing suit.
The swimmer first puts on the bottom piece, and the top then slides quickly and easily over the bottom.
The two pieces fit together cleanly and smoothly, giving it the look of a single suit.
Combines in a single system, the two parts fit snugly together as if they were one. When the swimmer bends and flexes, the system moves with the joint, its two parts sliding smoothly over each other.
The top uses an extremely lightweight fabric with horizontal carbon bands, resulting in lighter compression that feels snug without compromising the swimmer's ability to breathe comfortably.
The bottom piece of the suit is created using arena's proprietary fabric with a carbon cage for high compression in key areas - the body's core and upper legs.
The internal lining is designed with two separate lightweight panels to provide greater flexibility.
